The Bidder must agree to the terms of this document to bid with the Directory.

Link Policy

Link details cannot be changed unless specifically permitted by ItalianTrattoria.com
Links are listed permanently in our directory but position is determined by bids
Links can be removed at any time for violating our link policies
Links to illegal or adult-related Web sites are strictly forbidden
Links must not contain ALL CAPS or too many adjectives like "cool", "awesome", etc.
Valid link titles, URLs and descriptions are always at the discretion of ItalianTrattoria.com

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Bids are non-refundable.
You can remove a bid or link by contacting us. Once ownership is confirmed your link can be removed, however no bids will be refunded.

Trattoria: a definition

A Trattoria (trah-tor-EE-uh) is an Italian-style eating establishment, less formal than a ristorante, but more formal than an osteria. There are generally no printed menus, the service is casual, wine is sold by the decanter rather than the bottle, prices are low, and the emphasis is on a steady clientele rather than on haute cuisine. The food is modest but plentiful (mostly following regional and local recipes) and in some instances is even served family-style (i.e. at common tables). Trattorie faithful to this stereotype have become fewer in the last 20 years and many have adopted some (or several) of the trappings of restaurants, with just one or two "concessions" to the old rustic and familiar style.
